Thank you very much for your interest in Netball New Zealand and the Silver Ferns.

While we try to support as many organisations and individuals as we can, we are inundated with requests for signed balls, posters, match tickets and player appearances each and every week. We are passionate about our fans and supporters and while we would love to meet the needs of every request, unfortunately this is not always possible.

However, we would like to do as much as we can to support our communities and so we’ve established a more formal way of applying to see if your request fits out criteria. At the end of every second month, we will draw a ballot for the successful requests.

Please have a look at our checklist to establish whether your initial request meets our criteria:

• Group/Organisation is in New Zealand
• Associated with Netball or,
• Educational
• A charity that assists the lives of New Zealanders

We will have a look and judge each request on a case by case basis but to help us help you please:

• Put your request in writing
• On charity/school/club letterhead
• Be with us no later than four (4) weeks’ prior to your event

You will receive a response if your request has been successful. Due to the volume of approaches we receive it may take up to four weeks to respond to your request.
